Registration assistance
HILMI as “Conference Organisers” (the ICIC Conference Committee) is committed to providing a seamless registration process. ICIC Event, as managing agent for the Conference Organisers, can assist you with your registration and any additional items to attend the conference should you have any queries during the registration process. Publication Policy
HILMI will publish the conference materials as a Book of Abstract. The presentation fee is only subjected for the conference attendance. The submitted manuscripts thorugh ISLAMIC RESEARCH will be peer reviewed after the conference session. Author must comply with the submission guideline carefully and consider all recommendations directed by the Editor and Peer reviewers. The author will be charged for the Publication Fee after the acceptance about IDR 300.000 / USD $30 (National/International author). The unqualified manuscript or the peer reviewed manuscript without revision for a year after sending peer review result will be automatically deleted from the system.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend the conference, you must contact HILMI via email no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the conference. A cancellation fee of IDR 50.000 will apply to cover administration costs incurred in relation to your registration. Should you cancel less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the conference, no refund will be payable.
Delegate Substitution
In the event you are unable to attend the conference, substitution of your registration is available to an unregistered colleague or friend by writing via email to HILMI. Any reimbursement for registration and additional costs must be sought directly with the new attendee.
Refund Processing
HILMI will refund any fees paid to ICIC Event as a result of amending your registration and/or associated requirements, after taking into consideration the relevant cancellation policy, within 7 business days of receiving a refund request. Refunds will only be processed to the bank account of the individual, organisation or institution from which the payment was received.
Conference Cancellation or Postponement
The Conference Organisers accept no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond their reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental, regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion. If the Conference Organisers elect to re-schedule the conference, all registrations and
additional items are automatically rolled over to the new dates of the conference. If the Conference Organisers elects to cancel the event, the liability is limited to a refund of registration costs, subject to fees and conditions. The conference will not refund any travel costs associated with the cancellation of the event. Accommodation pre-payments will be refunded subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel.
Program Alterations
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on the conference website. The Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, any of
the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused because of such alteration.
Privacy
HILMI is committed to protecting your personal information and will not share any of your information with a third party. Communication will be restricted to information specifically related to your attendance at the Conference and in informing you of future conferences. In registering for the conference you accept that relevant details may be forwarded to the organising committee and others involved in the organisation of the event.
During the face to face conference and its associated events photos and video footage will be taken. Unless you advise us otherwise, your registration for the conference implies permission for us to use the photos and video for publicity, promotional or instructional purposes, including uploading to the internet.
If you do not wish to be included in photographs and video recordings made at the conference, it is your responsibility to inform the photographer or videographer at the time.
Unless you advise otherwise, your name, organisation and any social media details you provide may be included in the password protected section of the Conference App or website in a participant directory. Sponsors of the conference will also have access to the App or participant directory. Your email address will not be provided to sponsors.
Recording
Recordings of most sessions will be made available for you to view via the Conference website after the event. Participants are not permitted to personally record the Conference sessions through video capture or any other software. Participants are not permitted to take screenshots of Conference sessions, or selfies in which others appear on screen, unless permission is sought and recorded consent is given by all participants.
COVID-19
The health and wellbeing of our delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, presenters, volunteers and staff members is a priority. For this reason we require all those attending the HILMI Conference to ensure they are familiar with the Indonesian Government’s health requirements. ICIC 2022 will be run online through Zoom Meeting.
Shipping/Tickets
No tickets will be issued, however on payment you will receive email confirmation of your conference registration.
